Hot Rolled and Pickled Sheets / Black Sheet

Hot-rolled and pickled sheets or black sheets are the product, without a doubt, and with a difference over the rest of the steels, the one with the highest production and consumption, since apart from being the raw material for the manufacture of the rest of the products, hot rolled sheet metal is used in practically all fields of industry. Hot rolled sheet metal is the product obtained by hot reduction of a slab, in a continuous or semi-continuous mill.

The material can be supplied in its final state of lamination or strippingIn this case the material is protected by a layer of oil on both sides. It is also possible to request the material without oil, with the customer assuming the risks of oxidation.

Steel sheets for cold drawing and forming

The field of application of these steels ranges from bending and light drawing (DD11), to the creation of the most complicated and delicate pieces by deep drawing (DD14).
