Pickled Badges

Pickled sheet metal is a hot-rolled steel that has undergone additional treatment to remove oxides and surface residues. This process, which can be carried out chemically or mechanically, leaves the surface of the material clean, uniform and ready for subsequent treatments such as painting, galvanizing or cold rolling.
Thanks to its good malleability and ductility, it easily adapts to operations such as bending, die-cutting or welding. Although it does not have a protective coating, being free of impurities, it offers better strength than untreated hot-rolled steel.
Are you looking for a versatile, reliable and ready material for your manufacturing processes? Fill in the form and we will help you choose the pickled sheet metal that best suits your needs.
The material can be supplied in its final state of rolling or pickling, in this case the material is protected by a layer of oil on both sides. It is also possible to order the material without oiling, with the customer assuming the risks of oxidation.
